What Sets Us Apart
We believe in looking after the entire person, after all the body does work as an entire unit. Below are a few points that we would like to highlight that we believe sets us and our many coaching programs apart from all the rest.
1. Holistic Programs
Our holistic coaching programs guide you through our simple process and teach you everything you need to know about creating optimal health for yourself. Each program is designed to carefully move you along to better health without being overwhelmed. We use a step-by-step system that investigates the main pillars of health, identifies healing opportunities and then teaches, coaches, and guides you through behaviors that follow our unique D.R.E.S.S. For Health Success® program, a customized approach to addressing your health problems at the root cause.
We address five key areas, or pillars of health that are crucial to achieving and maintaining optimum health. These “pillars of health” are Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation. There is no other program in existence that uses these scientifically based, holistically grounded, repeatedly proven principals in a manner that educates and empowers people to enjoy abundant health – naturally.
Last but not least we would like to point out that we don’t guess we test. (See FAQ) We find that many individuals are using a system of trial and error and are not getting anywhere. A better approach would be to use conclusive saliva, urine, stool and blood testing to determine the root cause of your health issues. We find that many individuals today suffer from hormonal imbalances which can cause a variety of symptoms including but not limited to: hot flashes, insomnia, sleep issues, thinning hair, weight gain adrenal dysfunction, thyroid and more. These subclinical issues are generally missed by your medical doctor because their test are not sensitive enough to pick them up. Therefore it makes sense to test the individual so we can get to the root of the problem and build you a better program that gets results.
2. No Calorie Counting
Food is not meant to be counted it’s meant for nourishment and enjoyment. We’ll teach you how to structure your meals so you actually enjoy eating healthy. In addition, we’ll supply you with thousands of holistic recipes that both you and your family will enjoy to make transition to a healthy way of eating a breeze.
3. Simplifying Food
Eating food doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. We aim to make this part of your life simple with easy to follow meal plans that will rid you of the diet mentality and have you embracing healthy eating as a lifestyle. We’re abreast of all majors diets and aspire to take the guess work out of finding which diet is right for you. The truth of the matter is there is no perfect diet and we do have metabolic differences which will pave the way to foods that will work best with your body and digestive system and foods that will not. In addition we will look for any dietary stressors and food sensitivities that might be plaguing your health and have test that we run on our clients to remove any guesswork.
4. Fun Workouts
Moving the body doesn’t have to be painful. Our metabolic workouts are fun, quick, enjoyable and designed to get you in the best shape of your life. They can be done at home, the gym or on the road. Some of our holistic programs also incorporate FitRanx. FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. Kind of like the Cross fit games! This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.
In order for you to progress from one level to the next, you must participate in a fitness test that uses specific exercises to determine strength within the exercises’ respective muscle groups. There is also a conditioning portion required for each level’s advancement. Through scientific testing and years of development in the FitRanX system, these exercises have been proven to allow you to demonstrate personal fitness growth in each major muscle group, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
We apply spiritual wisdom to everything we do whether it be our mostly plant centered eating philosophy or just finding ways to slow down in life so we have better relationships and more peace. We believe that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience and when we tap into our spiritual health we enter a whole new world where nothing will be impossible for us.
6. Stress Reduction
In this fast paced world we live in with deadlines, hectic schedules and family pressures, no wonder we’re so stressed. We recognize stress as a major enemy to optimal health and have built in practices to regain control. We will uncover stress destroying your health in a few categories. Possible stressors can come from:
- Mental/Emotional – fear, guilt, excitement, worry, anxiety, grief, depression, financial, divorce, job-related, overwork, trauma and abuse, relationship stress
- Physical – fractures, muscle injuries, nerve compression, overexercise, lack of sleep, chronic illness, dieting
- Chemical/Biochemical – parasites, bacteria, fungi, viruses, pesticides, herbicides, chemicals, toxic metals, wrong foods, blood sugar problems, alcohol, tobacco residue, food additives, food allergies, drugs, structural stress, metal in teeth
- Existential Angst – lack of purpose or meaning in life, hopelessness, despair
Our primary goal when working with you is to help you drastically reduce or eliminate the three things that are destroying your longevity. These three things are: toxins, deficiencies and stress. To help us identify what is most affecting you we use lab and detective work. Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) is a type of detective work that seeks to identify the underlying causes of disease instead of treating symptoms. Using functional lab work, we identify healing opportunities and engage each client in a health building process using the potent, proven, professional protocols in our D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success program. This includes Diet, Rest, Exercise, Supplements and Stress Reduction. This natural, holistic approach yields the highest level of positive clinical outcomes. We don’t medicate, we educate!

We often times find that clients have mental hurdles dating way back that make it difficult for them to advance in a particular area. We work with you to bring awareness to these areas and once you are aware the correcting and healing processes can begin.

Our approach is built on a foundation of shared commitment between client and practitioner. We will be with you each step of the way to encourage you, track your progress, focus your efforts, and empower you with the latest tools and information so you can make informed lifestyle choices and take an active role in your future health.
