You can start this HOLISTIC challenge anytime you want after you register…You can be anywhere in Canada, US to join my Challenge Group or anywhere with internet. All workouts are done in the comfort of your own home on your own time so no wasting precious minutes of your busy day! You’ll have ME as your personal coach— walking you through every step of the program on a daily basis!

How It Works
This fun challenge will last for 30 days…:-)) You will have the option to choose from one of three meal plans to follow for your 30 day challenge.
Meal plan # 1 will teach you all about healthy eating from the right food groups and portion control. It includes healthy starches that you will be able to enjoy and easy to stick to. This is called the Clean Eating Diet.
Meal plan #2 will teach you all about healthy eating as well as help to cleanse your liver. All major fat burning is done through a healthy liver but it is a little more strict than the others. This plan is great for improving your health. This is called the Liver Cleanse Diet.
Meal plan #3 incorporates smoothies that you can make with fresh fruits using a blender or you can also purchase shakes from us. This is one of the easiest options because it’s kinda hard to screw it up. The shakes taste great and gives you all the nutrients you need.
Facebook Support Group
You will be required to check in EVERYDAY to our private Facebook group to report that you did your diet and/or exercise plan for the day. You are encouraged to post pictures of progress, meals, recipes and tips to support others. I will also be really active in the group to support everyone. It would also be a good idea if you found an accountability buddy or did the challenge with a friend. Sometimes I also do the challenge with a group.
Oh, I almost forgot you will be encouraged to post your before photo and beginning numbers like weight and inches or whatever you feel comfortable sharing with the group. At the end we would like you to post your results whether they be big or small. Even if you just feel better as we’re all winners as long as we complete the challenge.
Once you register you will be able to download and print your chosen meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat every step of the way. Also, you will have access to your fun, quick and challenging workouts that you will do according to your fitness level.
Results To Expect
Results are not typical and may vary however participants in the past lost anywhere from 4-16lbs in this challenge as well as received great benefits from increased exercise and a natural diet including: better eating habits, gaining strength, losing inches, increasing energy and getting healthier! The same can happen for you! Okay so the cost could have been a lot because I am a professional who has been doing weight loss, nutrition and health for a long time. (Over 18 years) Normally this would cost roughly $147-$197 but my goal is to get 1 million women healthy! Once you register and make your payment of $20 half of the proceeds will go towards my favourite charity Healing Strong, the other half will go towards maintenance of this program.
