I’d been overweight and unhappy with myself for years. I weighed in at over 200lbs and huffed and puffed my way through the exercises. Shawn Lost 31lbs
Shawn- Feeling sluggish and bummed after letting himself go this former athlete wanted to get back in shape. Shawn decided to get some personal training sessions. Improved Thyroid And Overall Health
Jo tried everything in the past and had not been able to lose weight. She had thyroid issues, was on multiple medications, had trouble sleeping, feeling tired all the time. Didn’t like her body and just felt she had overall poor health and needed help. I began working with her and completely changed her diet and added some supplements to address her health issues and got her doing some exercise. The real lifestyle change happened when I joined Chris! Never have I pushed myself so far, and been so proud of what I could accomplish. Logging my daily meals really helped me to see where I had been going off course a bit, and so that was a big eye opener. I met a couple great friends who I hope to stay in touch with too, but the most invigorating part was running the 5km’s at the end. I couldn’t believe the strength and endurance I had built! Prior to joining Chris I could hardly run around in the backyard with the kids and not get winded. Accomplishing that goal made me realize the sky is the limit. I run 3.5km , 1-2 time a week now and love the burst of energy it gives me to kick start my day! Im now down 17lbs, 3% body fat and a total of about 7 inches lost in just over 4 months. Im half way to my goal, but feel like I’ve already accomplished more than I ever expected in so many ways. I know I wouldn’t have had these results just slugging away at the gym on my own like I had been for years with no drive. Chris has been great for me – in the first month I lost 7lbs, 4.5 inches and 2% body fat! The workouts are excellent and Chris always injects some humour to make things lighter. I list my oldest son and husband in a car accident 2 xmas’s ago..Xmas Eve to be exact..And the big kicker is..It was to be our 20th wedding anniversary..I battled alcohol, depression and high blood pressure..I was barely surviving..Today I can say I am so much healthier and yes even happy..I feel good about myself and my body, even tho I have a long way to go..I will get there..I have set small goals each month…Like I said I haven’t weighed myself but, got my butt into an old pair of shorts..Baby steps..Feels amazing..Thanks for your words Chris..Nice to have someone in my corner for support.. 🙂

The past 30 days have a been a real eye-opener for me. I’ve learnt a brand new way of eating and keeping active – the perfect program to fit in with my busy lifestyle. It took a lot of determination to stick to my goals throughout the challenge, especially at Christmas. The most important thing for me was to be prepared. I knew there would be lots of tempting treats at holiday parties i attended, therefore i would eat before i went and bring a veggie tray so i could snack smartly! I ate smart and made sure i made it to the gym no matter how busy i was and lost those extra pounds! In total I lost 17lbs, 6% body fat and 12 inches.

Sincere thanks for guiding me through an amazing transformation! When we first met, I’d gained 40 lbs due to the onset of menopause and because I’d ended a 32-year smoking habit. Catherine Lost 33lbs
Catherine is Emily’s mom and they are both doing a program together. Catherine was seeking better health and had a weight loss goal of 20lbs. In just 3 1/2 months Catherine lost 33 pounds of fat lowering her body fat from 43% to 22%. In addition she lost 2 inches off her arms, 1/2 inch off her chest, 1/2 inch off her hips and calves for a total of 3 inches. Awesome Catherine!
Emily Lost 29lbs
Emily- Was tired after already being on Weight Watchers and not receiving the results she wanted she decided to get some help. Emily was seeking overall better health and to improve her cardiovascular. Emily started at a weight of 255lbs and was was able to drop 29 pounds in 3 and 1/2 months bringing her closer to her goal of 140lbs. In addition, Emily lost an inch off her chest, 5 inches off her waist, an inch off her thighs and 2 inches off her calves for a total of 9 inches. To top it off she went from being able to do only 16 push-ups to 23 and almost no sit-ups to 23. Way to go Emily!

How this journey has changed my life: I have lost 20 lbs. My start weight was 218 lbs and I now weigh 198 lbs, I have energy from food, I no longer feel tired during the day, I am excited to continue on this journey of healthy living, I have stopped drinking coffee. I used to drink two to three cups a day (double, double), I have stopped eating comfort foods, I have a support chain to help me stay on track, I am 100% committed to staying focused on healthy choices and including exercise in my day. My menstruation cycle has improved (See Chris Walkers posting “Eliminate Estrogen Dominance). I used to have heavy bleeding, headaches and cramping. By changing what I eat I now have a normal menstruation cycle.
This has been a wonderful experience. My overall health has improved. I am looking forward to working with Chris over my journey to attain my BMI goal and overall health.

” I started the 30 day challenge with Chris Walker at an all time high weight for myself of 241lbs. I had not taken very good care of myself physically or paid attention to my eating habits for years. I would usually consider a short walk as my exercise for the week. Fast food had quickly became my go to meals. I didn’t have much hope when i started the challenge that it would work for me as not many other diet/exercise plans had in the past. Following the meal plan and incorporating the exercises from Chris was a lot simpler that i had realized. Both have now become a part of my daily routine as a result. Not only did Chris teach me to pay more attention to what I’m putting into my body, but he has shown me that healthy choices are far easier to make than i initially thought. As a result its now my habit to read all labels when buying groceries and i aim for more fresh than pre-processed foods like i would have before. As a side result i discovered that i actually have a love of cooking! i now know that most of the cravings i had for the bad foods of before were a simple vitamin deficiency, i no longer have as intense cravings and am able to make a healthy substitutes when they do come! i must be honest that i did miss some workouts and not eat great at every meal, i am only human after all, however i am down by 22lbs overall and still loosing!! my ending weight after only 30 days is a staggering 219lbs. Chris Walker has given me back control of myself while showing me that being healthy isn’t difficult when you form new habits that work with you! Being a health development practitioner, I knew your coaching was to be taken seriously and followed each day. To truly change the way I see and eat food. Just as well as the proper stretching to warm up muscles before working out. Well my good friend. I have lost over 36 Lbs since that telephone conversation and in counting lol. Chris Loses 45lbs
My own fat loss transformation losing 45lbs by doing exactly what I teach. This is when I really started to exercise metabolically and part of this success was owed to the 90 Day Challenge I created as this is what started the whole thing. You see, I got so busy training clients that I hardly had time to train myself then I decided it was time to take my training to the next level. This was when metabolic training was personally put to the test by me as well as perfecting the Natural Nutrition System. My highest was 205lbs and my transformation ended at 160lbs and 8% body fat which I maintain today. This entire process took approximately 6 months.
Cindy Lost 22lbs
After many attempts at weight loss and very skeptical that anything can help her Cindy was able to find success losing 22 pounds in a few short months with Chris. Cindy started off at 160 pounds and was only able to do 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. Through hard work Cindy was able to work her way up to 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups. In addition, Cindy trimmed 2 inches off her chest, 5 inches off her waist and 4 inches off her hips for a total of 11 inches. Way to go Cindy!
Chris is an exceptional trainer. I am 53 and learning I need to start to pay real attention to my body and what it is telling me. What were your biggest challenges? What did you do to over come them and stay on track? The very first workout I could hardly walk afterwards. We were given the “clean eating” food groups…and that’s where Challenge #1 came in. How in the world was I going to change my eating so drastically, and was my husband going to like it? So, I began researching “clean eating” like crazy. I joined up onto many sites and started searching for different recipes. I was trying them out and found that I really was cooking a lot more, and liked it! My husband on the other hand turned up his nose a few times, but now, he’s accustomed to the “clean meals”. Fast forward to the end of the 90 days. I feel great, and have a huge amount of energy that I didn’t have before. I am addicted to the new way of eating…and am always in search of a new clean recipe to make or share. I lost 23 pounds, and 6 inches off of my waist. WOW!! CHRIS REALLY DOES WORK!! I have paid hundreds of dollars for a personal trainer and was not able to see any results..Chris has given me the boost I need to become the person I know was inside. I wanted something easy and quick (something I thought did not come easily when you are trying to lose weight). On the contrary, it was simple AND easy, and that was made possible by setting my mind to one goal. My major challenge was and is chocolate. I LOVE CHOCOLATE. Anything chocolate. Having a weekly meal plan to follow really helped me to see what I could and could not eat to get the proper nutrition I needed to stay energized and motivated. I used the meal planner religiously, even throughout the holidays. My biggest challenges were portion sizes, snacking and keeping myself motivated. I realized that not going to the gym meant that I would be sitting on my butt at home and what good is that? At least making the effort to go to the gym and be present in my workouts would motivate me, and it did. I never thought that I would be able to keep off AND lose 10 pounds over the holidays! On top of that weight, I lost 5 inches total from my stomach, thighs and arms resulting in my super skinny, size 5, jeans coming out of retirement!

I did the run (4 miles) Chris and I came in 1st place for my age group!! My # for my age group was 12 and I don’t know how many others after me. I even beat my niece. By 10 minutes. I kind of impressed that I lost 10Lbs in a 3 month program with Chris. I learned a lot about nutrition which was the main problem when trying to drop some pounds in the past. Mary is a champ after her battle with breast cancer and a brain tumor she wanted to improve her health and regain her mobility. She decided to get some help. In 3 months Mary increased her strength and was able to stand from sitting position with no hands and without any assistance. She is walking better and able to do 30 wall pushes straight. I’ve been working out for years but was stuck in the same old boring routine and with little results. After months of not going to gym, I heard about Chris. I went to a few sessions and loved the challenge. So, I decided to sign up for some personal training lessons. Help Me Shed 34lbs!
I decided after years of gaining weight and blaming it on “being in sales” and that “I have not time to workout” that I would consult a trainer to see what my options were. I worked with Chris who taught me the importance of a LIFESTYLE rather than what I have done before, “a calorie counting diet” that simply didn’t last. Chris worked with me and showed me what I needed to do, eat etc… and help me shed 34 pounds! As a result I feel better about myself, my life, and find it easier to tackle the tough things in life. Thank you Chris! Anyone thinking about getting in shape but are making excuses, (cant find time, cant, can’t, can’t) and want to take control over their life, give him a call!

My major challenges were:
1) Keeping to my diet on the weekends. It was very easy to do during the week days.
2) I have such a busy work schedule, sometimes it was hard to do the homework.
Below is what I did to overcome the challenges:
1) If I knew that I was going to have a busy day at work, I would get up early so that I could fit the workout in.
2) I would combine my cardio with a family activity. Walks, bike rides and hiking. By doing this, my wife also lost weight and I had a great time doing it with the family!!!!!
3) Regarding my diet, I would think about how I looked in the mirror and how my clothes were too big. It was a great source of motivation. Also, I would still eat pizza on the weekends but a healthier version. i.e. ww bread with a lot of chicken instead of cheese and pepperoni.
