Hi! My name is Chris Walker, and I’m a Health Coach, Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer who has helped over 9,459  reclaim their health through clean eating and detox. I’m certified through FDN and School of Natural Health Sciences, where I learned from top holistic wellness professionals.

What were your biggest challenges? What did you do to over come them and stay on track? The very first workout I could hardly walk afterwards. We were given the “clean eating” food groups…and that’s where Challenge #1 came in. How in the world was I going to change my eating so drastically, and was my husband going to like it? So, I began researching “clean eating” like crazy. I joined up onto many sites and started searching for different recipes.  I was trying them out and found that I really was cooking a lot more, and liked it!  
My husband on the other hand turned up his nose a few times, but now, he’s accustomed to the “clean meals”.  Fast forward to the end of the 90 days.  I feel great, and have a huge amount of energy that I didn’t have before.  I am addicted to the new way of eating…and am always in search of a new clean recipe to make or share.  I lost 23 pounds, and 6 inches off of my waist. The cornerstone of my Never Be Fat Again program is clean eating. For 30 days, you’ll learn to fuel your body with delicious, nutrient-dense foods that fight toxins, burn fat, strengthen your cells, and uplift your mood.

My program addresses these common mistakes made by women!

Mistake #1 Women Who Think Cardio Is Their Solution To Weight Loss

I’m not at all against cardio but it’s not an effective weight loss solution. One of the many reasons for this is that cardio only routines do not give you that post workout calorie burn.

Actually this "after burn" effect only takes place when a few critical factors such as the ones included in my program are accomplished during the workout.

If your workout routine is dominated by cardio you should stop it right now. Published in Obesity Reviews (Vol. 13 Issue 6), explained that cardio doesn’t work for FOUR reasons:

- Some people eat more when they start a cardio program
- Calorie burning at rest often decreases with cardio
- Calorie-burning lean tissue is often lost
- Cardio programs cause you to do less activity over the day

I won't bore you with the details of the science behind "after burn", but what I can tell you is that if these few critical things are done during your workout, then you can expect to have an elevated metabolism for up to 18 hours AFTER your workout.

Mistake #2 Women Who Just Exercise All Wrong 

I see women all the time doing endless amounts of crunches, planks and sit-ups to no avail. Their belly fat refuses to move. I'm not surprised! After all, crunches, planks and sit-ups are not fat-burning exercises in and of themselves. These exercises will only strengthen the muscle beneath the fat and not reduce the fat on top.

To correct this mistake, you must be doing metabolic workouts. Metabolic workouts engage the most amount of muscle during your workout and will speed up your metabolism so you will burn more fat.

Metabolic training also increases HGH which has also been called the "fountain of youth hormone". This hormone is in your body naturally but starts to decline as you reach your 30's. Studies show that high intensity exercises like sprinting champions distance running for building bone density and muscle in women. 

This is true because high intensity training prompts the body to secrete HGH or human growth hormone. Not only is this hormone good for building muscle and reducing fat it also rejuvenates connective tissue and skin by way of collagen. Exercising metabolically turns back the hands of time.

Mistake #3 Women Who Don’t Eat The Right Foods 

Not eating the right foods will stop you from losing weight. I see allot of women making this mistake as well, whether you’ve adopted the Standard American Diet or have made some wise healthy food choices not eating the right foods will destroy your chances of being lean, fit and have that flat tummy you’re after. 
What you don’t eat is also just as important as what you do eat. Omission of the wrong foods will create nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances.

Mistake #4 Women Who Are Too Stressed Out

If you keep making this mistake you’ll have a tough time losing belly fat. Even if you work well under pressure or are a master of masking your emotions, your body cannot be fooled! Stress is a tricky thing, and even if you manage to stay calm and cool on the outside, stress will find a way to manifest itself on the inside. For many people, it's in excess belly fat.

Stress can be mental, emotional, physical, biochemical and often times our stress remains hidden. When we're stressed out, our body releases a hormone called cortisol. 

Cortisol forces immature fat cells to become mature, and those are often centered around your belly. Cortisol can also cause you to reach for not-so-good foods that are high in sugar or refined grains, triggering a euphoric sensation that tricks you into thinking you have temporary relief. Stress reduction must not be overlooked when you want to lose fat.

Mistake #5 Women Who Don’t Get Enough Sleep

All fat burning takes place when you sleep. A lack of sleep is the most common culprit of belly fat I see among my female clients. 

Sleep is so important, not only because it gives your body a chance to reset, but it gives it a chance to get rid of unwanted body fat. That fat you don’t want around your stomach! Not getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night deprives your body of the chance to reset, restore, as well as disrupt that fat burning process. Sleep and weight loss go hand in hand. You must sleep!

Mistake #6 Women Who Think Exercise Alone Will Get Results

I see this one all of the time and it just irks me. Women who just want to exercise their way to results with little to know concern for their diet and health issues. Listen, exercise alone is not the answer or else every women sweating up a storm in the gym would look like super models. 

Yes, you must put in a great effort into your workouts and you must be committed and dedicated but your fitness is only 20% responsible for your results. The truth is the real reason you will get results has more to do with the other 80%. There in lies your diet and health issues that most people ignore. You have to be healthy first in order to lose weight!

Mistake #7 Women Who Don’t Have The Right Mindset

Not having the right mental game will stop you from losing weight. Why? Because even though you know what to do, even if it's laying right there in front of you, you will not take action! Your programming, which is wrapped up in your self image and mindset will not allow you to. You must identify where you are sabotaging yourself with your diet and workouts. What mentalities and poor behaviours you need to eliminate for permanent weight loss. Why your current mindset is not supporting your weight loss goals and why your self-image is so important. If you do not go into your weight loss and health program with the right mindset you will not be successful.

What if I’m not fit?
It’s normal to underestimate your abilities at first but we find that most people are able to do more than they think plus we’re good at modifying exercises based on your personal needs or physical limitations.
What if I’m too old?
My program is good for woman of any age and fitness level, no one is left behind!
What results can I expect?
You will notice energy, inches and weight loss in that order. On average people have lost anywhere from 8lbs to 20lbs in their first 30 days.
Is losing 20 pounds in 30 days healthy?
Yes, there are times when the participant has allot of weight to lose and if the right environment is created in the body, the body will release unwanted fat including waste from the colon. This fat is sometimes bound up by toxins so as we remove the toxins by healthy eating and detoxing we will lose the fat. In addition, you can also lose water weight after your inflammation is reduced, and electrolyte balance is restored. This is a good thing as you will no longer retain water. Typically weight loss will slow after a big release and be followed with a fat release of 2-3lbs a week. Every individual is different.
How does the fitness evaluation work?
I use a fitness ranking system based on a series of fitness tests or ranks similar to martial arts . there will be instructional videos for you to watch and work through. You will be able to send in your video for grading. Each rank gets harder! As you climb the ranks you will get more fit and be motivated to achieve your next rank!

Can you tell more about the diet plan?
Yes, the diet that you will be on during the 30 Day Challenge will help to cleanse the liver and remove all of the foods that could be problematic in your diet. All major fat burning is done through a healthy liver and this diet makes sure your body is primed to release unwanted fat.  This diet is also flexible as you will be able to create healthy meals based on the categories you can choose from as well as the ability to follow done for you meals. This diet plan is great for improving your health and burning the most amount of fat while detoxing the body. 
Is the diet very strict?
Most people find that even though the diet removes foods that you are used to there is still an abundance of meals you can enjoy. Most people say they don't feel like they're on a diet at all.

What exercise equipment do I need?
You won't need a lot of exercise  equipment for my workouts! All you need is some weights (5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs) and a exercise mat or a blanket. Some things that you can get in the future that I may also use is an exercise ball, a kettle bell and a skipping rope.
