Shawn- Feeling sluggish and bummed after letting himself go this former athlete wanted to get back in shape. Shawn decided to get some personal training sessions. In just two months Shawn was able to drop 31lbs by working hard and being disciplined with his nutrition. Shawn has a goal of getting back to 205lbs and will be there in no time. Way to go Shawn!
